Four new vessels will join Costa's fleet by 2021.

Costa Croisières continues its development by announcing the entry into service of four new vessels in the coming years:

Costa Venezia is currently under construction and is scheduled for February 2019. Its sister ship is scheduled for 2020.

The Costa Smeralda, announced as "the world's first LNG-powered ship" is also expected to be operational in 2019. Its sister ship is expected in 2021.

In addition to the four new vessels destined for Costa Croisières, three new LNG vessels will complete AIDA Cruises' fleet between autumn 2018 and 2023.

The Costa Group will therefore expand by seven new vessels, representing an estimated total investment of over six billion euros.
