The Gault&Millau 2020 Awards chose several masters of French gastronomy, led by Norman chef Arnaud Donckele. Meet the 2020 Chef of the Year at the next edition of the Worldwide Hospitality Awards!

Arnaud Donckele is the three-time starred chef of the restaurant located at Cheval Blanc St-Tropez, La Vague d'or. He was also elected Chef of the Year 2020 for the 50th edition of the prestigious guide to French gastronomy, the Gault & Millau, whose ceremony was held on Monday evening, November 5, 2019 at the Moulin Rouge in Paris.

Jacques Bally, president of the Gault et Millau guide, characterized Arnaud Donckele's work as follows:

The chef will soon arrive in Paris as he will become the chef of the gourmet restaurant at the Cheval Blanc hotel in Paris from 2020. In parallel, he will pursue his activities at the Tropezian establishment.
