Mme Jaouen new General Manager

Esprit de France Hôtels & Demeures announces the appointment of Delphine Jaouen as its new General Manager.

Delphine Jaouen is a graduate of the Ecole de Management de Normandie. As a certified public accountant, she has nearly twenty years of expertise in hotel finance. She joined ACCOR where she worked for more than 10 years as Group Internal Audit Manager, followed by the position as Senior Project Manager M&A & Real Estate. In 2012, she joined Louvre Hotels Group as Director of Asset Management to implement the group's real estate strategy, before becoming Director of Asset Management and Investments in 2015.

With regards to her new position as General Manager, Mme Jaoun states:

I am honored and enthusiastic to be part of the founding family's project and to contribute to the development of Esprit de France. With the teams, who have demonstrated their commitment and competence, we will prepare the rebound of this magnificent company after the shock of the Covid-19 and give it a new dynamic in line with its potential.

The hotel group Esprit de France is wholly owned by Compagnie Lebon and operates 11 establishments in Paris, 1 in Aix-en-Provence and 1 in Lens for a total of approximately 550 rooms. In 2020, the label includes 47 hotels & residences, including 14 Monuments Historiques residences. The Heritage, Art & History values of the collection are reflected in the identity of each establishment.
