[Appointment] IHG appoints Graham Allan as Independent Non-Executive Director

IHG announced the appointment of Graham Allan, currently Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Intertek Group PLC and Independent Non-Executive Director at Associated British Foods PLC.

He will join the IHG Board of Directors effective September 1st, 2020. Luke Mayhew, as for him, will retire from the Board of Directors of IHG effective December 18th, 2020.

From 2010 to 2012, he served on the IHG Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director. Prior to joining Yum Restaurants, he held executive positions in multinational food and beverage companies and worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Inc. Prior to joining Yum Restaurants, he held executive positions in multinational food and beverage companies and worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Inc.

From 2010 to 2012, he served on the IHG Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director.
