Ennismore, a hospitality company, has announced the appointment of Tolga Lacin as Chief Operating Officer for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Türkiye. Set to join Ennismore in January 2024, Lacin will be stationed in Dubai.

Originally from Türkiye, Lacin’s background spans various brands and regions. His prior positions include serving as the Regional Director of Food and Beverage for the Starwood/Marriott Middle East region and holding positions such as Complex General Manager of Mina Seyahi Hotels in 2013 and Area General Manager for Marriott International Dubai.

Lacin contributed to the development of several key hotels in the city, including The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark, and the recently opened W Dubai – Mina Seyahi.

In his new capacity, Lacin will oversee operations for Ennismore’s hotels in the region, which encompass 14 properties within the network and pipeline.
