The Ascott Limited announces the appointment of Thomas Lamson as Vice President Development & PTS (Product & Technical Services) for the EMEA region. A member of the Executive Committee for Europe, he reports to Ngor Houai LEE, Chief Operating Officer, EMEA, South Asia and China, at Ascott.

Reporting to Ngor Houai Lee, Thomas Lamson will be responsible for structuring the development strategy for the EMEA region and overseeing the construction and renovation of the Asian group's assets.

A graduate of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Thomas Lamson began his career in 2000 with MKG Consulting as a Hotel Consultant.

In 2002, he joined CBRE Hotels, then 2 years later Christie & Co, a European consultancy specialising in hotels and restaurants, where he held the positions of Senior Consultant and Managing Director France.

From 2011, he was Executive Vice President Capital Market at JLL for France, Belgium and Switzerland.
Since 2018, he has been Chief Development, Design & Real Estate Officer at Adagio, where he was also Head of Asset Management and a member of the Management Committee.
