Rosewood Hotel Group named Andrew Girona as Director of Global Sales

In this role, Andrew Girona will be responsible for managing the group’s leisure travel advisors in Florida and the Southeast United States, besides partners in Latin America, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Andrew Girona began his career in hospitality in front office executive roles at luxury boutique hotels in Miami Beach, including The Betsy Hotel and The Raleigh. In 2011 he joined Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, first as Chief Concierge and then as Sales Manager.

He integrated Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in 2014, working as Associate Director of Sales in Rosewood Bermuda. Later he became Director of Sales in Rosewood Baha Mar before being promoted to the position of Director of Global Sales.

His new role also includes taking on the tasks of identifying partnership opportunities, providing brand-wide awareness and developing strategies for long-term success with travel advisors in his region.

He brings more than 15 years of luxury hospitality sales experience to this role. He has a proven track record of developing revenue streams through distribution channels from North America and international markets.

Over the years, I have established strong relationships with clients and guests around the world. I am excited to further strengthen these connections and create new ones while we continue to drive sales and marketing growth.
