Premier Inn has announced the appointment of Tobias Roser to the position of People Director. In his new role, Tobias Roser will be responsible for overseeing the human resources area and will also join the company's senior management team.
With over 20 years' professional experience in the field of human resources at international level, Tobias Roser brings a wealth of expertise to his new position. He most recently held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at CBRE, a leading real estate services provider. Prior to this, Roser held various senior HR positions in Germany and abroad, including International HR Director at Boeing, an aerospace company, and HR Director at Wolseley PLC, a UK wholesaler.
Roser has a clear vision of the future of human resources management at Premier Inn. He believes that the key to delivering exceptional hospitality is to ensure that every guest leaves the hotel happier than when they arrived. To achieve this, Roser stresses the importance of having a motivated and highly service-oriented team, as well as a company culture that values and welcomes people from diverse backgrounds.
As well as recruitment, Roser sees the promotion, engagement and organisational development of employees as essential aspects of his job.
