Atream, an independent management company specialising in real estate fund management and private equity, announces two high-level appointments to its management team.

Stéphane Borio: Promoted to Director of Asset Management

Stéphane Borio, who previously held the position of Director of Tertiary Asset Management at Atream since 2019, has been appointed Director of Asset Management with effect from 1 October 2023. He will report to Martin Jacquesson, Deputy Managing Director of Atream. Heading up a team of 10 people, Stéphane Borio will be responsible for overseeing all operations relating to asset management in the tourism and tertiary sectors. He brings extensive experience in real estate, with qualifications including ICH Expertise Immobilière and a DESS d'Ingénierie Immobilière from the Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée. Before joining Atream, he worked for companies such as ARCHON GROUP France & Italy, STAM Europe and Noxavia.

Damien Buisson: New Investment Director

Damien Buisson, previously Director of Tourism at Atream since 2021, has been promoted to the position of Director of Investments from 1 October 2023. He will also report to Martin Jacquesson, Deputy Managing Director of Atream. Damien Buisson will manage a team of 6 people and will be responsible for overseeing all operations relating to investments and disposals in the tourism and tertiary sectors. He has a strong academic background, with degrees from EM Normandie Business School, Dauphine - PSL Paris, and ESSEC Executive Education. Prior to joining Atream in 2021, Damien Buisson accumulated over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, holding various management positions in areas such as marketing, digital and operations, notably at Accor, Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs and Adagio City Aparthotel. These appointments reflect Atream's ongoing commitment to strengthening its management team to support its growth and expertise in property management and private equity.
