Auberge Resorts Collection has announced the appointment of Mohamed Elbanna as Executive Vice President of Global Operations. With more than 20 years of experience, he brings a wealth of operational expertise to enhance the brand's global operations.

Mohamed Elbanna’s new role

In his new role, Elbanna will oversee the day-to-day operations across the Auberge Resorts Collection portfolio. His focus will be on collaborating with property teams to further improve guest experiences, operational performance, and overall brand cohesion. 

His leadership and expertise in operational innovation and personalized service align with the brand’s commitment to excellence in the luxury hospitality sector.

Career highlights and expertise 

Mohamed Elbanna joins Auberge Resorts Collection from Fort Partners US, where he served as Chief Operating Officer of the hospitality division. He has also held leadership roles at Citadel, a global financial institution, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he gained extensive international experience. 

His leadership trajectory includes managing operations in Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean as Regional Vice President at Four Seasons."As someone who has always been drawn to brands with heart and purpose, I've long admired Auberge for its ability to create places and experiences that are one-of-a-kind and deeply inspiring," he said. 

Strategic growth and upcoming openings

Mohamed Elbanna’s appointment comes as Auberge Resorts Collection continues its strategic growth, particularly in European and urban markets. In the first quarter of 2025, the brand opened Collegio alla Querce in Florence, Italy, and The Woodward in Geneva. 

The upcoming opening of Cambridge House in Mayfair, London, and several other urban locations, including The Shore Club in Miami Beach, The Knox in Dallas, and The Birdsall in Houston, highlight the brand’s expanding footprint. 

His leadership will play a key role in shaping the operational strategy for these developments and ensuring the brand’s continued success in delivering exceptional luxury experiences.
