Dorchester Collection announces the appointment of Milet Lukey as vice president, people and culture, and she will start her role on August 1, 2022.
Graduated from the University of the Philippines with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration but also from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a master’s degree in business administration, Milet Lukey started her career as Director of Human Resources in The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco.
She continued to work for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company until 2009 as Director of Human Resources and Regional Senior Director of Human Resources for the Western region. After that took the lead of Human Resources in several hotel groups, such as Dorchester Collection, 1 Hotels, and Baccarat Hotels & Residences.
In 2014, she became Vice President People at SH Group Operations, and three years later she was named Vice President, Talent and Culture at Auberge Resorts Collection. Her last job before joining Dorchester Collection was Vice President of Talent and Culture – Americas at Rosewood Hotel Group.
Reporting to Eugenio Pirri, chief culture and operations executive at Dorchester Collection, Milet will support Pirri in ensuring that Dorchester Collection’s values-based culture remains strongly embedded in the organisation and will play a significant role working with the leadership and operational teams, providing strategic support and direction.
