The Swiss national joins the international luxury hotel group Kempinski Hotels from his most recent assignment as Vice President – Hospitality, Food and Beverage of SJM Resorts in Macau.
Graduated from Glion Institute of Higher education with a diploma in Hotel and Tourism, Jean-Marc Dizerens joined Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts at the beginning of his career as Assistant Director Food and Beverage at Shangri-La Singapore before becoming one year later Director of Food and Beverage at Shangri-La Beijing.
He was then promoted to Acting Resident Manager and Executive Assistant Manager of Futian Shangri-La Shenzhen before heading to Hong Kong in 2009 when he was appointed Senior Corporate Director Food and Beverage, and finally Vice President Food and Beverage in 2019.
In 2020, he moved to Macau to join SJM Resorts as Vice President – Hospitality, Food and Beverage, a flagship of the company.
Jean-Marc Dizerens is therefore an experienced hotelier with more than 25 years in global F&B, including experiences and knowledge of event management strategic direction, creation of new F&B concepts, space planning, design and pre-opening process management.
