Groupe Barrière, a French family-owned business, continues to reorganize its governance by entrusting Grégory Rabuel with the role of Chief Executive Officer, following the decision of Joy Desseigne-Barrière and Alexandre Barrière. From now on, Grégory Rabuel, previously Chairman and CEO of SFR and Altice France, will lead the group towards a new growth dynamic, developing and diversifying its activities both in France and internationally.

With two decades' experience in the telecoms and media sectors, Mr. Rabuel, 45, was Chairman and CEO of Altice France and SFR until 2022. He played a key role in the development and diversification of one of Europe's leading players in this field.

After starting his career with Bouygues Telecom in 2000 as a key account sales engineer, Mr. Rabuel joined SFR, where he held the position of regional sales director for businesses. In 2009, he became Numericable's Sales Director, overseeing both BtoB and BtoC activities. Following the acquisition of SFR in 2014, he was appointed Managing Director of SFR Distribution, in charge of 1,000 boutiques, telesales and digital activities. Three years later, he joined SFR's Executive Committee. As CEO BtoC and BtoB, he leads the group's sales, marketing, digital, communications and customer relations activities. In 2019, Rabuel becomes CEO of SFR, with sales of 10.7 billion euros, 25 million customers and 13,000 employees. In 2021, he is appointed Chairman and CEO of Altice France (SFR, BFM TV, RMC), expanding his responsibilities to include media activities.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rabuel has overseen the company's development, focusing on sales growth, digital and omnichannel transformation, and improving the customer experience.

In 2023, Mr. Rabuel joined Groupe Barrière as CEO, with the aim of accelerating the company's development in all sectors, diversifying its activities nationally and internationally, and strengthening its position as historical market leader.

"With his long experience in developing companies in highly competitive markets, Grégory will lead the Barrière teams in France and around the world on the path to growth and innovation. We are delighted to welcome him to our entrepreneurial adventure. - Joy Desseigne-Barrière and Alexandre Barrière, Co-Chairmen of the Barrière Group.

"I'm proud to be joining a family-owned, century-old French group, which, with Joy and Alexandre, is turning a new page in its history. Alongside 7,000 committed and passionate colleagues, I will devote all my energy to creating a new dynamic of growth and development for Barrière. With determination, I will lead the Group towards new perspectives that promise to be exciting and full of challenges, while respecting its values and heritage, which are dear to the family." - Grégory Rabuel, Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Barrière.

Mr. Rabuel unveiled his aspirations to the company's 7,000 employees. His strategic plan calls for a substantial restructuring of the company, marked by the creation of six new departments and the establishment of a General Secretariat.

This new Executive Committee includes a General Secretary, Franck-Philippe GEORGIN, and six General Managers who will oversee different aspects of the company. Clément MARTIN SAINT-LÉON will head the Games General Management, Julien HUEL will head the Hotels and Restaurants General Management, Fabien COSTA will head the Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience General Management, André DECOUTERE will be the Human Resources General Manager, Emmanuelle ANGLADE will head the Digital, Data and Technologies General Management, and Philippe PERROT will be the Finance General Manager.

Each of these members brings a wealth of experience and invaluable expertise to their respective roles, contributing to Grégory Rabuel's vision for Barrière's future.

Alongside the Executive Committee, Vincent ARNAUD, Special Advisor to the Managing Director, and Valentine ESCLANGON, Chief of Staff to the Managing Director, strengthen the team with their skills and knowledge of the industry.

This restructuring promises an exciting new era for Groupe Barrière, as it continues its quest for excellence and innovation in the hospitality and leisure industry.

"It's a new Group that takes shape from today. In keeping with the values and heritage dear to the Barrière family, the Group is setting itself new ambitions. With a focus on excellence, growth and development projects, the Group is committed to performance, quality and innovation, with a resolutely modern, dynamic and innovative approach. To tackle this new chapter, we have assembled a management team equal to the challenges ahead. - Grégory Rabuel, Chief Executive Officer of Barrière.
