Frédéric Picard has a long and rich career in the luxury hotel industry, both in Europe and internationally, an experience which gives him all the cards in hand to take over the general management of GIHE (Glion, Bulle, London).
Starting his career with a degree in Hospitality from the University of Evry, Frédéric Picard began his career at IHG Hotels & Resorts as Hotel Manager of the Westin Paris. He then joined Jumeirah International, still holding the same position at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
In 2009, he headed to Morocco to manage the new Kerzner Group property, the Mazagan Beach Resort. Two years later, he took over the management of the Palais Namaskar, a hotel belonging to the Oetker Collection portfolio.
He returned to France in 2013 when he became General Manager of Château Saint Martin Vence and L'Apogèe Courchevel, still within the Oetker Collection. At the end of the same year, he was appointed Area Managing Director of La Réserve Paris.
In 2016, he took over the management of Cap Hospitalité and became CEO of Maison Pariente, actively participating in the company's growth process, from strategy development to asset acquisition, through operational excellence.
At the same time, Frédéric Picard is a member of the Club des Dirigeants de l'Hôtellerie Internationale et de prestige, and a member of the editorial committee of the MOF Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Worker in his category) Master of Specialty award.
