Eric Boonstoppel, already Head of operations for the Cheval Blanc resorts since 2010, will also oversee the LVMH group's city hotels in his new role as Vice President of Operations for LVMH Hotel Management.
Eric Boonstoppel holds a Master's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management as well as a DESS in Tourism Industries from the University of Toulouse II. He began his career at the Royal Hotel in Deauville as General Manager.
He then took over the management of the Hotel Majestic Cannes from 1999 to 2006 before being appointed General Manager of the Hotel Fouquet's Barrière Paris.
In 2010, he joined the LVMH Hotel Management group as Director of Operations for the Cheval Blanc brand and General Manager of the Cheval Blanc Palace Courchevel property.
Thanks to his global vision of the hotel industry, his understanding of the challenges and values of Cheval Blanc, and his unparalleled managerial skills, Eric is developing Cheval Blanc's mission while delivering superior hotel performance.
