Choice Hotels EMEA has announced the appointment of Marielle Vroemen as Director of Operations, effective December 1, 2024. This promotion marks an important milestone for the company as Marielle joins the executive team after having worked at Choice Hotels EMEA since 2023.
As Director of Operations, Marielle Vroemen will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the value proposition for Choice Hotels EMEA’s franchisees. She will oversee the entire franchisee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, system integration, communication, franchisee support, and brand management.
She will particularly focus on optimizing workflows, implementing innovative technologies, and providing ongoing support to franchisees to ensure high and consistent service levels across the network. Her role will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting Choice Hotels EMEA's growth strategy.
