
While Judy Hendrick will retire as Finance Director, Jim Shepherd will take over and John Pelant has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Experience and Technology Officer.
Judy Hendrick, the current CFO of the global travel and meetings specialist, will step down from her role on July 1, handing over to Jim Shepherd, who will also serve as Executive Vice President.
In the meantime, Jim Shepard will be appointed Deputy CFO of CWT effective April 1 and will transition to Judy, who will remain as Executive Vice President and CFO until her retirement.
Meanwhile, current Chief Technology Officer John Pelant has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Experience and Technology Officer, with responsibility for a new function that combines traveller experience, product and technology.
Finally, Derek Sharp, current Executive Vice President and Chief Travel Experience Officer, will be leaving the company to pursue new career opportunities, as will Belinda Hindmarsh, Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, where her responsibilities will be integrated with other roles.
