Centara Appoints new Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Siriwan Wangthamrong

Centara Hotels & Resorts has appointed Siriwan Wangthamrong to the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources to support more than 6,000 staff members across Asia and the Middle East.

Siriwan Wangthamrong holds a degree in Business Management from Wright State University in Ohio in the US. She started her career at PepsiCo as General Manager at Taco Bell, before joining Bechtel International Thailand as Human Resources Manager.

In 2000, she became Human Resources Director of the APAC region for Alstom Transport. Between 2002 and 2022, she held the position of HR Director among several companies such as Coca – Cola Company, Danone Dairy Thailand & Australia, or Zuellig Pharma.

I am delighted to welcome Siriwan to the Centara family and excited about the wealth of experience with major multinational companies that she will bring to the company. Siriwan’s appointment comes at a critical time for Centara as we pursue an ambitious expansion plan, and she will play a key role in continuing to develop our Human Resources department as we grow.
