Farah entered the Minor Hotel Group in 2013 as Executive Assistant Manager - Operations at Anantara Rasananda Koh Phangan Villas.

He then became Resident Manager of the Anantara Sathorn Bangkok Hotel & Oaks Bangkok Sathorn  and kept evolving within the company to reach the responsability of Cluster General Manager for Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort  (178 keys) and Avani Koh Lanta Krabi Resort to open 93 keys by the end of 2020.

He sucessfully dealt with the opening of Anantara Quy Nhon Villas & Avani Quy Nhon Resort.

Farah gratuated in a Master of Business Administration Hospitality and Tourism Management at ESG Management School and a Bachelor of Arts, Hospitality and Tourism Management.
