She then went on to become a Buyer with the Pomona Group, Purchasing Manager with the Hilton Group and Group Buyer with QSRP. After a spell as Group Purchasing Manager at Centaurus, Marie Bouquin has now joined Appart'City. A key member of the Executive Committee, her role involves redefining and implementing the purchasing strategy for the group's serviced flats in France, Belgium and Switzerland.
"Joining Appart'City is first and foremost a chance to meet people and discuss our vision of the hotel industry of today and tomorrow. It's also a chance to showcase my passion for the business, and a challenge that I'm keen to take up by accepting this position as the Group's Purchasing Director." - Marie Bouquin, Purchasing Director, Appart'City Group
Cédric Bernaldez, Technical Director of the Appart'City Group
As part of Appart'City's internal restructuring, which establishes separate operational, commercial, revenue management/distribution and technical departments, Cédric Bernaldez is taking on the role of Technical Director. As a member of the Executive Committee, Cédric brings experience that includes roles at Club Med, Intercontinental and Radisson. His responsibilities have included technical management of various sites and groups. Prior to joining Appart'City, Cédric held the position of Maintenance Director for a hotel operator working with international brands such as Hilton and Marriott.
"For me, as someone who is passionate about hospitality, joining Appart'City at such a strategic time was an obvious choice. The group's values are very strong driving forces, confirming that we can't achieve ambitious goals without a great team. What's more, the challenges ahead are numerous and highly motivating. I'm delighted that the Technical Department and its teams have a major and recognised role to play within Appart'City in meeting these challenges. - Cédric Bernaldez, Technical Director, Appart'City Group
