Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA has promoted Douglas Winfield and Steve Coulam to Vice President of Operations for two UK regions.
Both have been with the company, previously known as Interstate Hotels & Resorts, for several years.

Douglas Winfield, who joined Aimbridge in 2018 as a general manager, has led teams at Holiday Inn Stevenage and Hotel Indigo Glasgow. He became Director of Operations & Quality in 2021. In his new role as Vice President of Operations, Douglas will oversee more than 20 hotels across the UK, including locations in Leeds, Edinburgh, London Heathrow, and Aberdeen.
Steve Coulam has been with the company since 2014. He served as a Cluster General Manager for IHG branded hotels before returning to Aimbridge in 2022 as Director of Operations & Quality. As Vice President of Operations, Steve will manage 18 properties in locations such as Belfast, Dublin, the Lake District, and Durham.
