Making the most of every available square metre is the challenge facing accommodation, and Accor is launching a new division to develop new sources of revenue by integrating hotel services into mixed-use projects.
Hotels, resorts and residences under the ecosystem of the French and European number 1 will be able to subscribe to the Accor One Living service. The entity will be responsible for the real estate development, fitting out and operation of mixed-use projects, including their commercial development. The aim is to capitalise on the group's know-how, acquired over 50 years in the hospitality sector.
Under this activity, 135 projects currently being developed have been grouped together with services such as co-working or the deployment of private clubs and 125 are in the pipeline.
Accor is carving a new path with the creation of Accor One Living, based on the tremendous success that we’ve earned as a leader in the branded residences and mixed-use category. Accor One Living will deliver unmatched value to our investment partners as we build extraordinary places to live, work, and play for a new generation of homeowners, guests and global explorers.”
Commented Jeff Tisdall, Chief Business Officer Accor One Living. He adds:
Through Accor One Living, we will continue to be motivated by our strong relationships with homeowners, who inspire the development projects we undertake.
A unit designed to create value within the properties and diversify the operating methods to make these places as free as possible from crisis situations. An ecosystem that will also enrich the services offered to members of the ALL loyalty programme and multiply the opportunities to win new subscribers.
This announcement follows the official reorganisation of the group and precedes the arrival of a new brand for the thalassotherapy and spa product.
