Aiden McAuley spent the last eight years as General Manager of the Swissôtel properties The Stamford and Fairmont Singapore as well as Vice President Asia Pacific for Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, overseeing all the Swissôtel properties in Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Australia and India. This position gave him significant knowledge of the new markets and allowed him to participate in the opening of Swissôtel Kolkata, the chain's first hotel in India.
Aiden McAuley has more than 25 years of experience. He joined Swissôtel in 1999 as General Manager of Swissôtel The Howard in London before leaving for Singapore. He also filled other positions at international hotel chains such as Hilton. He will fulfill his duties from the European headquarters in Zurich.
