This top venue for German receptive tour operators welcomed more than 670 professionals to Munich and Augsbourg last April from more than 40 countries. Two years after the Fifa World Cup 2006, the morale of German tourism professionals is good with results for 2007 higher than predicted, and perspectives that should confirm investors’ appetites.

With a total of 362 million nights in 2007, tourism in Germany has surpassed the goal of achieving the same results as in 2006.
