With thirty years of experience in software publishing for thermal spas and thalassotherapy, ADN Informatique has carved out a privileged position in the wellbeing structures of hotels. The Barrière groupe, SBM, as well as the Réserve de Genève and the InterContinental Phoenicia in Beirut all use the Nymphea software program. In a universe where profitability is an increasingly crucial imperative, the solution Nymphea meets the different needs of spa operators: reservations, billing, interfacing with the TPV, commercial and prospect management, communications and, above all, that oh-so strategic tool for turning a spa to profit: planning management. This planning not concerns employees, but also treatment cabins and other units, equipment and product supplies. “A spa may be between 10 and 30% more profitable when these resources aare optimized,” outlines Hervé Colly, CEO of ADN. Nymphea interfaces with Fidelio by Micros, the PMS from Jazotel and with the booking engines ReservIT and Fastbooking. But at the same time, ADN Informatique also offers its own hotel PMS called Homing, deployed in many tourism hotels and residences, as well as “La Suite”, the complete solution that covers the hotel and spa, which the group Thalazur has just adopted.
