Attacks in Paris: daily follow-up of the impact on French hotels

After the terrorist attacks in Paris, Hospitality ON will offer you a daily update on their impact on hotel performances (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) in France. Figures are for Paris, by hotel segment, and Paris's suburban region (Ile-de-France).

Changes in hotel performance in Paris and France
(updated daily)

How to read this chart:

Comparison to the same weekday in 2014/2015 (i.e. performance on Saturday November 14, 2015, compared to Saturday November 15, 2014). This view highlights the attacks' specific impact, as opposed to "normal" market conditions (same weekday, last year). Daily changes in Occupancy Rate are expressed in points, whereas changes in Average Daily Rate and Revenue par Available Room (RevPAR) are expressed as a percentage.

This sample, updated daily, is based on 1,900 French hotels and their 171,000 rooms. In Paris specifically, results are based on a sample of 30,000 rooms (chain & independent hotels), representing close to 40% of the city's total hotel supply.
