
The French operator signed two management agreements with Hasabi Real Estate, a subsidiary of Al Otaiba Group. The new addresses should open in 2018 close to Dubai International Airport.
AccorHotels' Middle-Eastern portfolio now comprises more than 70 properties in ten countries, representing close to 18,000 rooms across the luxury to economy segments. Another 55 hotels are currently under development in the region, or an additional 15,000 units. As of January 1, 2015, AccorHotels was the 6th ranking hotel group worldwide with 482,296 rooms in 3,717 hotels, according to data published by MKG Consulting.
