Each year at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards, Hospitality ON bestows its Grand Prix upon one of the global hotel operators that stands out. Four criteria enter into play: development, innovation, human resources programs and commercial success. this year the Grand Prix was won by Deutsche Hospitality.
Deutsche Hospitality has a diversified portfolio of 116 hotels in 12 countries on three continents; including 20 unites under development. This hotel group operates three brands: Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts, Jaz in the City, and InterCity Hotels.
In 1930, Albert Steigenberger took over the hotel "Europäischer Hof" in Baden-Baden, laying the foundations for a real "success story". Deutsche Hospitality combines tradition and future. Its headquarters are based in Frankfurt and the group belongs to DH Deutsche Hospitality, Limassol (Cyprus). This operator generates turnover of 500 million euros. Its success also depends on its staff, which consists of international professionals with exceptional expertise.
