Millenium Hotels & Copthorne, a hotel owner and operator listed on the London Stock Exchange, unveiled its acquisition of the Hard Days Night Hotel, a 110-room boutique hotel located in Liverpool's "Cavern" district, nearby the famous Cavern Club which hosted almost 300 "Fab Four" gigs.

According to ECHO, a local magazine, the deal was sealed in exchange for a cash payment of £13.8 million (€19.3 million), valuing the hotel property at more than £125,000 (€175,000) per room.

Open in February 2008, the 4-star hotel is set in a Grade II listed building, and features artworks from Beatles specialists Klaus Voorman and Sir Peter Blake (who are the designers of the "Revolver" and "Sgt.
