Position Summary:

To manage the daily activities of the sales team members by providing training and developing, establishing and monitoring goals, developing individually and as a team ethically and with integrity. To model and strengthen our corporate culture while ensuring the site performance objectives are maximized. 

Missions:

  • Guide and Direct Sales Staff personnel to achieve site objectives.         
  • Develop and motivate the Sales team.
  • Communicate information/policies effectively to team members.
  • Organize and Control the team performance to be results-oriented.
  • Establish written Goals for team members, planning weekly, monthly, and annually.
  • Monitor Performance of team members and compare to weekly goals.

Qualifications:

  • Have knowledge of all programs sold and serviced by Shell Vacations Club.
  • Professional Appearance and speech in dealing with clients and Corporate personnel.        
  • Positive and upbeat attitude to ensure great work environment through your initiative.       
  • Have proven from the past strong leadership ability, motivation skills and enthusiasm.       
  • Track record of strong work ethics and integrity with a desire to make a difference.       
  • Shell Vacations Club experience preferred.
  • HAWAII REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED
