Position Summary:

We are looking for a wonderfully talented Business Development Manager to connect with the corporate and travel trades. We want a fun, enthusiastic and outgoing professional, with passion, delivering an amazing personalised customer service.
Through various tools (e.g. media, social events, gatherings with competition etc.), explores economical data, new developments in certain companies’ structures, new assignments, industrial complexes, new business centers, new projects which all could be of interest and benefit of the hotel business.
Collaborates with all local and overseas customers, make personal calls to accounts and traces potential customers.
Keeps close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, structural alterations, renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, distribution efforts, theme events etc.). Also explores and compares corporate traffic amongst the competition

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Hotel industry.
  • Extensive experience in U.K. Market – Inbound and Outbound business.
  • Ability to collaborate with Hotel ADOS and Sales Manager and Regional function teams.
