This year we are pleased to reward an innovative initiative among the startups candidate during the Global Lodging Forum taking place on April 10th and 11th at the Hotel Pullman Paris Montparnasse. Discover the list of the candidates and vote for the best initiative!

For its 21st edition, the Global Lodging Forum will reward the best technological innovation for tourism. This award will recognize a start-up that has developed one or several new technological and digital tools to increase competitiveness of a hotel or tourism property, and improve the customer experience. The candidates will be selected according to three criteria:

1. Originality and pertinence of tools implemented, in keeping with profitability targets and customer experience 

2. Innovative aspects in the selection of communication strategies, and the major assets of campaigns

3. The efficacy of actions taken with respect to revenue, brand awareness.
