Novum Hotel Mariella Airport

The Novum Group has come to an agreement for the acquisition of the Hotel Mariella in Cologne, in close proximity to Cologne - Bonn Airport, on March 1, 2016.

The former Mercure Hotel becomes the 64th property in the NOVUM portfolio and will operate as Novum Hotel Mariella Airport.

"The new property in Cologne perfectly complements our existing three hotels in the Cologne market and contributes another significant step towards our expansion route. I am glad to emphasize the individuality of our hotels with this addition," says David Etmenan, CEO of the NOVUM Group.

The hotel comprises 77 stylishly furnished rooms, which impart a modern flair. The property has three air-conditioned conference rooms, a hotel-owned underground car park and central location.

The hotel is situated in the southern suburb Porz, next to the Rhine River, making the city easily accessible.
