The Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh with 170 rooms is located at the heart of Riyadh's business district, with a 300 m² cafeteria, a 200 m² specialty restaurant, a lobby lounge, several meeting rooms within 500 m², as well as a 400 m² fitness center, with an outdoor pool. Its original design was created by the MZ Architects team led by Marwan Zgheib. It is expected to open in 2016.The future Radisson Blu Hotel Jeddah Al Salamah is located on Quraysh Street, just 9 km north of the King Abdulaziz international airport. The upscale hotel will feature 142 rooms, a 400 m² all-day restaurant, a 250 m² lobby, several meeting rooms and events planning space within 1,200 m², as well as 370 m² of well-being space with a fitness center and an outdoor pool. Located on the coast of the Red Sea, with a population of 3.5 million inhabitants, Jeddah boasts one of the largest ports in the world and the third largest industrial district in Saudi Arabia.The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group portfolio includes more than 1,300 hotels in operation and under development in 100 in countries and territories under the Radisson Blu, Radisson, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, Country Inns & Suites By and Hotel Missoni brands. The group expects to reach a portfolio of 1,500 hotels in operation and under construction by 2015.
