Mystery clients required for family vacation in luxury resorts in Asia (Malaysia, Maldives, China)

MKG Qualiting is specialized in the Measurement of Quality Standards. Our main field of measures are hotels and restaurants and the methodology we use is based on the « mystery clients » process.

A mystery client is a client who evaluates the quality of services in specific areas. In order not to biaise his observation and evaluation, he shouldn’t be seen by the staff and must keep the behaviour and expectation of a regular client.

We are currently looking for «upper level - mystery clients » who could test family vacation in luxury resorts in Asia (Malaysia, Maldives, China). The selected mystery client will spend one week in one of the resort between February and March (specific dates depending on the mission). He/she will have to observe the non-conformities following some standards on a checklist that will be given prior to departure. A briefing session is forecast once the candidate is selected. He/she will have to complete a report during the stay and send it once the mission is done. At the end of his stay, he/she will have to lead a debriefing with the general manager of the resort.

Specific profile required :

  • Asian nationality, but also speak fluently in English or French
  • Minimum age: 30 year old and +
  • Frequent traveller, regular guest in all inclusive resorts and/or luxury hotels.
  • Comfortable with Excel forms (no formulas)
  • Meticulous, objective
  • Interested in the mystery shopping approach in hospitality
  • Accompanied with a child between 4 and 12 for the resort in Malaysia

Mission conditions :
The whole stay and transportation will be reimbursed for the mystery client (for one person only, even if accompanied).
