Below are the rules in order to comment the articles available on the Hospitality ON ® website, insert ads / classifieds/ company profiles in the business directory and submit press releases.

1 - Presentation :

Hospitality ON ® enables the members to comment articles, submit press releases, publish ads / classifieds/ company profiles in the business directory. Each subscriber has his personal login. The articles, reviews, features profiles and other contributions are published under the full responsibility of the member. Creating an account is intended for use by adults. The member shall ensure that he is fully acquainted with the terms of use.

2. Access and registration

Only members may comment articles, submit press releases, publish ads / classifieds/ company profiles in the business directory. Comments and other publications can be read by anyone. To contribute, you will be asked to identify yourself by entering your username or email address and a password.

3. Rights and duties of the readers

• All readers must respect intellectual property rights of authors. Readers shall not to reproduce and insert comments posted on other forums or other material without the consent of their authors or other publications.

4. Rights and duties of the contributor

• A contributor retains ownership of his message and intellectual property rights attached thereto.
• The contents are still published under your own responsibility. As such, you must respect the laws and regulations and people rights. (See paragraph 5. Good behavior to follow)
• Make sure also to be polite and respect others.

Hospitality ON ® has a "right to respond" to comments.

5. Good behavior to follow :

Good manners are required. Hospitality ON ® is a medium though which o,e may exchange by imposing one’s views or providing information. Everyone has the right to speak in the respect of others. And more broadly, respect other ON Hospitality ® users.

You agree that your contributions (*) are not:

• racist, xenophobic, sexist, homophobic or pedophile or revisionist .
• abusive, defamatory, or infringing upon the privacy, right of publicity, or personal rights of anyone.
• violating human dignity.
• an incitement to violence, hatred, suicide, terrorism and the use, manufacture or distribution of illicit or illegal substances as well as incitement to piracy of digital data.
• a provocation, praise or incitement to commit crimes or offenses, especially crimes against humanity.
• an infringement of intellectual property, including trademark law.
• a content for advertising, propaganda, proselytizing.

All contributions contrary to public order and morality, that are harmful, threatening, abusive will be rejected and comments revealing personal details (email, postal address, phone.) will also be rejected. Links to other sites are not accepted.

This list is not exhaustive and compliance with current legislation, even if not specifically mentioned here, is required. If you are not published, no need to provide X number of times the same contribution as it will automatically be rejected.

6. Moderation

This forum is moderated beforehand, all messages are read before publication. A delay of several days may elapse before a message is made public. The moderator will ensure that your contribution is relevant to the content of the article. It validates and publishes your contribution only if it respects the charter. If you think that the rejection of one of your comments was not justified, please contact us: webmedia@hospitality-on.com Any message published remains the responsibility of its author.

7. Copyright and intellectual property

You represent and warrant to have any right or license required to operate any content within each of your contributions so as not to violate the rights of third parties (copyright applied to photographs, images, texts , right image).

8. Your responsibility

The fact that we provide a space for free expression involves our legal responsibility. Your moral responsibility is completely involved as well. We therefore exert a permanent right of moderation and even rejection, of the content you wish to publish.

9. Report of abuse

You can report abuse on Hospitality ON ® by sending an email to webmedia@hospitality-on.com, indicating the address of the page that you report, the offending passage and why you think that this passage is offending.

If we are informed or observe the presence of content that violates this policy, we will remove without notice access to that content.

Compliance with the terms of use determines your right to publish or comment on our website. Otherwise, in case of misuse of your freedom of speech, or of a third complaint, Hospitality ON ® will delete your contributions, even the possibility to publish on our site.

* "Contribution" means any type of file such as text, sound, video, image. Clearly, these are your comments on articles, your answers to the comments of other users, your ads / your press releases / company profiles.
