KEY TASKS
- You are responsible for implementing strategies to maximize the revenue of hotels in your area. You are responsible for the deployment of processes, training, methods and tools adapted and you ensure that all Revenue Management processes are in place in hotels in your area.
- You perform strategic analysis to optimize sales of Accor hotels in a region, and you make sure they are always in line with the market.
- You make a good sharing of information and know-how Revenue Management in the region.
- You make sure all the tests necessary for positioning and brand development on the market are made.
- You train all staff on pricing.
- You optimize revenue based operational constraints.
- You implement the analysis, forecast, recommend and check.
- You lead meetings and act as a consultant for the hotel managers.
- You control the consistency of prices.
- You help hotel managers to define their future strategies and achieve their goals.
- You support and give the best representation of Accor.
